Dear Godrej Team,
This is to inform you that, I have purchased one 3 Door Slim-Line cupboard from Godrej dealer Nirmal Kumar Jain, Ranchi on dated 03/08/2010. From the purchasing date I am facing problem in my cupboards like lock not working, door is not closing properly. Godrej dealer Nirmal Kumar Jain is not providing proper service. After sale of product, they have taken around 15 days to install cupboard in my home. Finally they have installed cupboard on dated 21/08/2010, but still there is some problem with lock and door. I had given so many complains to dealer, but I found that they are not serious to provide the service after sale. They are interested to do sales only. After that I had logged complain to Godrej customer care on dated 30-10-2010 by complain no : 840598. Customer care executive had told me, “Your problem will short out with in 2 two days” but still no person have attend my call. I am socked with Godrej Customer service. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
