Re:- [Refund of Rs 33, 850 for 3+2+1 Sofa Set-Invoice no is 1777 and dated 1st Jan, 2012]


We are shocked to bring to your NOTICE that we have recently purchased the above-Sofa set at noted set for our home on 1st January, 2012 at Home Centre, Lifestyle, Kalyani nagar, Pune[Invoice no is 1777 and dated 1st Jan, 2012].
which is infested with certain defects in the wood.It is basically a DEFECTIVE PIECE.I had very BAD experience with Made in Malaysia earlier and i am still suffering for the lack of quality. The chairs are having cracks and is damaged.I have no faith in wood from China/Malaysia.I am feeling duped as i have a really painful experience earlier with Malaysian furniture products.I was totally unaware when i paid full amount on 1st Jan'12 for the product which i got on 14th Jan'12 .I AM FEELING CHEATED. I am sure it is not going to last even 10 months.On top of that the response of the logistics person RAJAY was very tardy and he didn't even pick up the calls.finally, i had to run from pillar to post and go all the way yesterday at 9.00pm to Lifestyle store to book the complaint.There the manager sounded helpless and put the onus directly on the customer .This DEFENSIVE approach is not going to help LIFESTYLE in the long-term.One UNHAPPY CUSTOMER can make hundreds of many unhappy customers and may even lead to assassination of BRAND.Since we have purchased the SOFA SET at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to refund the full amount Rs 33, 580 for the sofa set at the earliest.Needless to mention, we haven't used the Sofa . Now, i want to cancel the deal and get full refund of the amount mentioned above.it has been a LOSING proposition for me as i could have got my earlier 3 seater sofa renovated at less than Rs 5000.

Also, please ensure that such problems do not creep up in future so that our faith remains undaunted in Lifestyle and its customer service .
