I bought a Queens Bed and Wardrobe set on 1st November, 2010 for Rs 36,498 against Advance Receipt no. 2000057422 from Home Town, GIP, Sector-38, Noida. Along with this purchase I got a free Coupon worth certain amount of which I purchased a Computer table worth Rs 8999 against Advance Receipt no. 2000057507. The delivery date for these items was 26th November,2010.
Against our expectations, the Queens Bed and Wardrobe set was delivered to us 1 week later to the actual delivery date and that too, after our repetitive reminder to the concerned salesperson named Abhinav. About the Computer Table,they informed us that the table is unavailable and is to be fetched from the manufacturer, and rescheduled the delivery date for it as 6th December, 2010.
They have bypassed their second delivery date yet again after our simultaneous and repetitive reminders. We still haven't got the possession of the table.

This clearly indicates towards their irresponsible and casual behavior of handling Customer's Purchase and Complaints. If such a major retail giant needs repetitive reminders for a product delivery, I wonder how they will prosper into a successful brand overseas. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to any of Future Group's showroom.
