I have bought a Dinning table set from Home Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata on january 2011. Advance receipt No: 2078023092. The item that was given was a defective piece with scratches on the chairs. I have complained that on the first week, but no constructive action taken by them. People visited to my house just to see those scratches appear. They told me that if that could not be rectified by polish, it would be replaced once the stock comes. They person who came for polishing told me that polishing cannot be done and the chairs should be replaced with an unscratched set. After that I have complained for the same in the customer care many times, but from January 2011 till May 2011, no one has even bothered to call me up for replacement. Over that, as I have taken the item on finance, every month a fixed amount is being deducted from my account.
