I ordered for a furniture in Hometown bangalore. They took the full payment and even after 2 months of repeated queries there is no response from the people out there in hometow. I have made n number of calls and all are very irresponsive answering the queries. The pathetic thing is they dont even know the status of the product.I spoke to the store manager Sreekanth and he had all his sugar coated words promising to deliver the product the very next day. Even again the lame excuse of raining, no delivery vehicle, etc were given. Highly dissatisfied the quality of service.NEVER GO TO HOMETOWN FOR ANY PURCHASES _ FURNITURE ESPECIALLY

After my personal bad experience with HomeTown, I can understand how you must have felt.
Did you try getting refund for your amount. I got my refund after really following up hard with them .

The thing is not every one reads online postings before going ahead and purchasing from these so called reputed retail chains and getting duped that too after full payment.I went to a small time furniture shop and got a similar furniture for almost the same price delivered to me within 3 hours of payment.

I don't know how many bad experience are there going to be before people realize the kind of mess that HomeTown makes their customers go through
