I have brought 5 door wardrobe from Housefull furniture shop - kharadi pune. They told that assembly would be done 2 days later . However for assembly, carpenter came after 6 days and they forgot to put an hinge to 1 door. The door is quite a big and it requires minimum of 4 hinges to stand still. They attached just 3 hinges to one of the door which may fall anytime. I have small baby aout 1 year and he plays with door . I am just afraid that the door may come out any time. Since two week , every day i am calling them . but everything is in vain. They are not sending any one for fitting the hinge. Let me know the procedure to proceed further

I bought Double bed from House Full last year Oct 09 .But when anyone sleeps on that it feels that it will fall anytime . I am trying to complaint to their shop but no body responded.

Its my honest suggestion that please do not go to this shop as this shop service is useless.

Hi I have bought a computer chair of model name office beta net cushion 3 months back the price they asked me to pay for the chair was Rs 3,800 from Bigbazaar Tarnaka branch in Hyderabad and upon the delivery the chair was having a label with all the codes in it with price Rs 3,199.Another issue with it is i havn't used the chair for last 2 months and last night when i sat on it,It suddenly broke down hurting my waist badly forming a wound. I have called to the Bigbazaar but i did not get any proper response from them and they also gave me a warranty of one year.Could anyone please let me know the formality and the procedure to get the product worth the money i paid to them.
