I purchased HERO BEDROOM SET from House Full Kharadi Pune on Oct 2010. And they have delivered it after Diwali as per my request. While assembling the set we found that one Handle of Wardrobe drawer was missing, we have mentioned the same on the reciept of set assembled. And i have complaints about the same 100 of times, I have written complaint of their register on 7th of August 2011. And i have visited 4-5 times for the same on their store. Every time they are saying they will come in next 2-3 days. But they have not completed that complaint. And I am fed-up with the their services that's why i am lodging my complaint here, so may be they will check & resolve the issue.
