    Default Housefull International

    We bought lot of furniture from housefull international and we were given date of 4th May 2011 on the delivery chalan but till now we haven't heard anything from them. We called the store of Housefull international, Mega Mall, Andheri, multiple times but everytime we were told that our cheque isn't clear in their system. But I can see that the cheque amount is debited from my account on 30th April itself. Whenever we call them, they ask us to wait for someone's call in next 10 minutes and nobody reverts back. On the delivery chalan, in the term and conditions, it's clearly mentioned that the customer would be informed well in advance if the delivery date is rescheduled but we have never got a single call from either the store or the warehouse. I would like to cancel my order now and get my money back as it's huge amount. We are highly dissatisfied with the customer service and we fear we will be cheated in future too with poor server and poor quality of furniture. Please help us.

    Angry housefull furniture megamall frauds

    We bought a shoe rack on 2 july 2011 with delivwry date of 20 july and are still awaiting a response. Now the frauds dont take calls also and have the audacity to take advance payments. Please help. They keep telling us that there is no stock or that it was faulty and that too after following up several times. Such unprofessionalism is totally shameful. We had bought an amelia shoerack in the name of vaidya.

    Default HouseFull Banshankari Bangalore

    Bought a Laticia Lounger from HouseFull Banshankari;
    Now this Lounger is broken and in pathetic state.. called the shop to send some one to verify the damage but till date no-body bothered to visit my house nor did anybody called from the shop.
    After my persisting calling shop manager Manjunath asked me to take a picture of the damaged lounger and send it to him, which i did immediately [after this also no response]
    after calling again from past 3 weeks all they are telling me over the phone [note every time its me who is calling this place] is that they don't have any carpenter to fix the damaged lounger and they told me to shut my mouth and not to call them again.

    I have a mail from Manjunath saying Housefull will send a carpenter to my place to fix the damaged lounger with in 2 days... but till today [after 3 weeks] no body came nor did any body called me

    Now, i want to tell everyone in this forum NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HOUSEFULL
    and need suggestion to take this issue to Consumer court

    All - I am pursuing legal action against housefull furniture. I placed an order which was delivered damaged two times and the cash refund hasn't been paid to me yet despite it being 7 days overdue. The showroom that I bought the furniture in is the Kalyan Nagar showroom in Bangalore. I have been in touch with Mr. ashwin Khatia from housefull to whom, I have explained what legal proceedings will be understanding, along with media intervention.     Talking Defective Part of cyprus bed

    I ve purchased Cyprus bed on 15th aug2011. (HDC NO -2420) from Housefull Chinchwad,Pune. I received bed on 28th august. But it is observed that there is defect in head board. Detailed report given to customer care. Till date I ve not got the replacement. So many times I talked to customer care. evertime I got the answer-"within next seven days". On Diwali I m going to return the defective part to housefull with bandbaja.After that I m going to take legel action. I ve recorded all conservations with Housefull customer care on my mobile. Pl suggest other alternatives.

    I ve purchased Cyprus bed on 15th aug2011. (HDC NO -2420) from Housefull Chinchwad,Pune. With this purchase I got gift from housefull worth Rs/- 8000 ( Dimond Pendent ). I showed it to goldsmith, The goldsmith said that its value is only Rs/-300 & no one will purchase it. Now the same scheme should there for diwali season. Pl dont buy anything with such schemes. Pl help me regarding this.

    Same is my experience. Its high time we teach them the law of the land so that other customers are not taken for granted.
    I have a major escalation to make against your kadubesanahalli outlet, bangalore. We had bought couple of furniture from this branch and our experience has now been turning to be a nightmare. In the first place there was a huge delay in installing the delivered produtcts and the branch manager and his collegue used harsh, loud and filthy language with me and my wife. When we told them that we will take them to consumer court, still they were least bothered to mend their ways as if the law of the land is not applicable on them.

    Secondly during installation we found out that the 5 door Julian cabinet, part A was cracked and faulty. We told the installation engineer to replace it and spoke to the customer care. The guy assured delivery of new piece within 2-3 working day and asked us to send the pics across. We sent the pics on 29th nov and still there is no update from them. Now today, these people are asking us to send the pics again as they dindt receive it. I am not sure why YOU GUYS WANT TO MAKE FOOL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. I have the sent items as proof that the pics were sent on 29th nov to bm.ban5@housefull.co.in as requested.

    I'd placed my order in Housefull more than a week ago, in an exchange offer. They immediately took the payment for it and also took my old furniture earlier this week. But they do not seem to be interested in making the delivery of the new products yet. Looking at all your comments, I'm getting nervous about having approached them in the first place. These guys really don't seem to be worth it....

    Hi all, let us all get united and raise our voice against these scamsters. Housefull International has an FB page. Request you to post your comments in there, so that more and more people come to know about their dubious activities. I've already contacted my lawyer and asked him to send them a notice. I've just started a FB group called Scams and Cheats. Pls post info there too. Let us join hands and help each other.
