Dear Sir/Madam,
We bought 02 pieces of Sienna Night Stand (Side Tables) from Hypercity Retail India Ltd., Bangalore on 11/07/2010. As per the deal the products were supposed to be delivered to us on 03/08/2010. When we enquired the same on 01/08/2010 to reconfirm the delivery, we were told that the products are out of stock and will be delivered on 11/08/2010. We called at theri call centre again on 10/08/2010, we were again another date of delivery, now that was, 19/08/2010 and finally the product dellivered on 20/08/2010 but the unfortunate part was that only 01 piece got delivered and another never delivered. After that day we have been constantly following up with Hypercity about the delivery but the response has been very disappointing. Delivery is not yet done and we are still waiting for it. Its difficult for us to understand that when a shop takes FULL MONEY from the customer, why can't they deliver the product to them?

1 Sienna Night Stand (qty-2) was supposed to be delivered on 03-Aug-10ut of two stand one has been delived on 18-Aug-10 the other stand is still pending.(challan No 1400)

Please let us know that how we can file a complaint against them and ensure that they never repeat the same thing with any Customer.
