Dear Sirs,

I had purchased a bed from the above Company and they have cheated me on the quality of the bed. I am reproducing my email sent to them. Kindly advise whether there is any merit in my complaint and whether I can get the company to books :

Dear Sirs,

We refer to your above invoice dated 28-Oct-2011. The goods are delivered on 28-Oct-2011 under your Delivery Note FORZZA/OC/HO/033/11-12 and your carpenters have started assembling it from today i.e.29th October 2011.

Please note, at the time of finalizing the order, the bed shown to us was made out of Rubber Wood (Solid Wood) and accordingly priced. All your receipts issued against payments made in installments show the material is of Rubber Wood. However, kindly note, to our shock and disbelief, we found the complete material is made from commercial plywood. You have collected the entire amount prior to delivery of the goods. We now find ourselves not in a position to take any action. Your people, while finalizing the order, had assured us that yours is a reputed organization and would deliver superior quality material as promised and we trusted them without batting an eyelid.

This behaviour of yours amounts to cheating and requires to be dealt with accordingly. We, therefore, request you to deliver the Bed made out of Rubber Wood as promised and take back the one which is already delivered.

We look forward to your immediate reply explaining as to how you would rectify this situation.
