Dear sir,
I purchased one Sofa + 1 couch from Shaheen Arts -Goregaon (west ) Mumbai -400063 on 13.12.2009 for Rs 16,000/ while using same at home we found the same is heavily infected with bed bugs,I had to call pest control agency twice on payment & got sofa disinfected but bugs continue to breed inside sofa & not getting eliminated this caused great deal of inconvenience to my family & school/college going children as they could not sleep during nights now even society is complaining to remove or destroy this sofa as bugs are spreading in building.

We spoke to Mr Afzar bhai & Mr Bharat bhai the sofa seller ( their shop Tel no ; 022-28711424 & 022-28735464 ) they are not ready to take back the infected sofa instead advised to dispose it off to Bhangarwalla at scarp value.

Request your kind help & advise in the matter & how to deal with M/s Shaheen Arts .We will be grateful to you for this favour please .
