i recently purchased 500 feet of kajaria tiles from its dealer in allahabad.tiles supplied to me have come out to be defective pieces and now the dealer says that such defects are not taken into account once sold.i have already sent a mail regaarding the issue to kajaria corporate office but havnt received any reply since den.
