Hi,

I have bought a teak wook rod model sofa set from lekapshi furntures, nampally.

The sofa's paint and the wood is coming out from 2 months of purchase itself, I have approached the shop owner Mr. Girish, but they are least bothered to take action on the complaint.

I have called them so many times in the past two months, but they are not even responding.
They have cheated me by selling a degraded sofa, and not even responding to my phone calls.

I need to know the approach where I can submit a complaint against these cheaters.
