this is with regards to a bed ECOBED 106 bought by me on 24.10.2009 from BIG BAZAAR-HOME BAZAAR at banashankari 3rd stage, kathriguppa. the bed was faulty from day 1 and used to creak whenever in use. a leg finally broke off a month ago and the bed is in an unusable condition ever since. despite having lodged numerous complaints over the phone and in person, the management has failed to even send someone to take a look at the bed. Every time i speak to a mr. madhu or mr. vijay, they claim they have never spoken to me before. they have even gone to the extent of blocking the cell phone no. regiterd wth them in my name, so i cannot call them from the no.
Big Bazaar has proved itself to be the cheapest in every sense of the word
