My daughter just bought 5 boxes of bathroom tiles from the shopkeeper at Kharghar, New Mumbai but the shopkeeper charged her RS.195.00 per box whereas the MRP mentioned on all the boxes is RS.165.00 per box. After enquiring with the shopkeeper he rudly replied "LENA HAI TO LE LO". My daughter paid him whatever he charged extra. What action can be taken against shopker so that he will not cheat the consumers like this?
