We changed the wallpaper of our office cabin after 15 years in August 2010, and decided to go in for Marshalls as we considered it a reputed company, but were highly highly disappointed.

The wall paper started peeling off within days of application and even the application was not good, as joints were visible in various places.
As compared to the previous wall paper which was from a local dealer, and which lasted us for almost 15 years this was a disaster.

The executive who came to advise us for the wallpaper was equally incompetent. We were told the executive who guided us, was at fault and he is no more with Marshall's....so is that our fault??? ...it is the company's lookout as to who they are sending for consultation to us!!!!!

There was no after sales service provided even after talking to top officials (then Mr. Wadia) and Mr. Mehul, in Marshalls repeatedly, they said nothing can be done.

The two years warranty against peeling or any other defect does not mean anything as no service whatsoever was provided and they refused to replace the torn/peeling off wallpaper as promised in their warranty!!!

Its been a year now and the condition of the wallpaper has deteriorated even more and looks terrible, and the office cabin looked a lot better with its 15 year old wallpaper than with the brand new Marshalls wallpaper

Marshalls should be sued in the court for this as we are helpless and cannot do much as consumers.
