We placed an order with them at the Times Fest Exhibition at BKC early October by paying an advance of INR 1000. No news from them thereafter. We visited their showroom in Bandra and were promised a visit but no one showed up for next 5 days despite reminders. Finally when the person arrived at our residence on 30th October, we were promised delivery of the furniture set by 6th November against which we paid them 50% in advance. No follow-up regarding the status from their end. When we called them on 7th November, we were promply informed that the furniture frame was not ready and the fabric was not yet in.

We have never faced such bad service from any other company so far. The employees are rude and do not know how to speak to a woman with respect.

Mr. Neil who claims to be the owner of Mr Kouch, seems to unaware of the fraudulent cases happening in his showroom, whilst the two culprits Rizman & Ali take people's money and sit over it.

After a lot of complaining, we were refunded our money on 8th November only to inform us that due to severe backlog, our order cannot be completed.

I had placed my order with Mr Kouch in Nov 2010 during the Times Fest festival in Borivli. I paid advance of Rs.10000/- The gave delivery after 15 days and i paid balance 10000/-. Next day i found that the poof was damged and the seat foams were wer sinking in while we sat and got up. After numerous calls one day their person attended to oen poof and repaired. rest of the seats they said they will take back to factory and repair. But till date even after calling they dont attend to calls nor have they got my sofa repaired. I dont suggest to anyone to use this Showroom or buy any products from Mr Kouch. I will tkae up this issue very strongly so that no other customer is cheated.
