Mr Arun Tikku of Nestal Hydro Products, H-54, Site -C, Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida-201308 had came to my house at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi on 20th November, 2011 and had taken order for 10 mm Toughened Glass Bathroom Enclosure for the total value of 14700/-.
As demanded by him I gave him cheque no 443073 dt 21.11.11 for 7000/- drawn on Bank of India, Karol Bagh, New Delhi towards 50% advance. Mr Arun had promised me to install the Bathroom Enclosure within 15 days but more than a month has passed he has not installed the bathroom enclosure. Infact he had stopped taking my calls after encashing the cheque for advance which shows his malafide intensions. Diring the last one month I have sent him number of SMS out of which he has replied few SMS in which he had first written that bathroom enclosure will be installed on 11th Dec, than on 17th Dec and than on 25th Dec but despite so many promises he has not installed the bathroom enclosure till date.
