Have ordered the curtains cloth from TULIP Furnishing Kalyan for 10000/- and on demand given rs 5000/- as advance by debit card and the shop keeper had agreed to give the delivery in one week, But somehow we don’t want to by the same hence asked money back but shop keep had refused to return the money.

He is forcing us to purchase some other product which we don’t want to do..

Just to inform you that no clause or term & condition mentioned in the receipt issued by shop keeper for order cancellation or return..

So please advice how to get my money back
