I have Ordered a Sofa Set in Poonam's Furniture on 11th may 2011 and they Confirmed will deliver Item in 4-6 weeks of time. No matter still they didnt delivered the Sofa and asking for new date as and when i requested delivering Sofa.

Please Advise, Shall i go with Consumer Court who can help us in getting my things done and put penalty , so they will noot trouble others like me...
