I had a pathetic experience with HR Johnson with respect to virtified tiles and sanitaryware. They don't seem to really care about the customer's concerns. Even if the concerns are valid, they will drag the issue so long that finally customers give up.
I ordered Johnson Marbonite tiles on 23 March 2011 from Intimate tiles (INVOICE number 5142)
When i received the tiles i found them to be of drastically different color that what is ordered.
I had raised the complaint to HRJohnson immediately
Since then i have been following up with the HR hohnson's customer care. I waited for so long and since they did not respond, i had to lay those tiles.
I have followed up with so many people including the HR Johnson customer care people listed below

Couple of folks from Intimate tiles (jayashree 9448395962, and proprietor 9448484113)
Everybody involved acknowledge that the tiles received is not appropraite. AND they promised appropriate action but NOTHING happened.
Saravanan in particular comes up with different reasons why the reimbursement was not taken care
"I was in Sick for 15 days"
"Signing authority forgot!"
Signing Authority is out of station for 15 days
"Oh it was lying in the manager's desk for 10 days, but he missed to notice"
"Everything is done i will call back in 2 days"
"Oh is it not done already
i was discussing these issues with my colleagues and friends and was shocked to hear the kind of issues they were facing.
I could not fathom how a company with such poor quality control and customer care can survive?
i think the main issue with johnson is that they dont seem to have any products of their own, they resell products from China starting from geysors, sanitaryware etc.
Based on my personal experience, i would suggest people to say awary from HR johnson, only thing they have done is branding and they have utter disregard for customers and quality
