You are aware that we purchased the modular kitchen from your shop in year 2007 & was installed in house: D3027, Gauregreencity , Indirapuram, Distt. Ghaziabad-201010.
We have been very methodical and systematic using the accessories.Nevertheless in less than three years most of drawers slides have become defective as slides & balls have worn out and fallen.Moreover the cabinet around sink is completely rusted and parts are like rust powder, slides become inoperative.
We have given complaint to Godrej and to you.And I have spoken to you also last week. You promised to take up the matter of rusting to senior service professionals in Godrej sooner you receive photograph. The photos are attached herewith.
Kindly take up the matter of rusting of powder coated/ steel parts at the right corner in weeks time.
In case the matter remains unresolved to my satisfaction by May month end I may be compelled to take up to level of MD of company or resort to messaging to media on net/ customer grievance sites, which may damage the image of a successful company.
Looking forward to your reply in right earnest.

Mr J Jaiswal,
Your dealer had claimed that parts are made of steel & rust proof. On this premise we decided to buy such an expensive more than Rs two lakhs worth modular kitchen cabinets. Godrej had reputation of making quality steel office & home furnitures and as also power presses and we have used these items in office & factory and at home for decades.
Today if you want to wash of your hands on quality issues I am sorry it has to be taken up at higher levels.
Pl wait for your wake up call.
