I have purchased a Dining Table and four chairs from Reliable Furnuture Kormangla,Bangalore. The chair was not good and chair broke within one month. At the Time of purchase the person Mohan told me that it is very strong. But when it is broken he told me that he will give a replacement and did not get it past 6 months. Now he is not picking up the phone if I call. This is the worst shop I ever visited in my life. Now I came to know many more people are cheated by the shoopkeeper. Please do not purchase any item from the shop.

My mil had her ( both ) knee replaced and a sofa was ordered based on height and specs. recommended by the physiotherapist. I was charged Rs.16,000.00 in cash. Within four days, the cushion sank over 4/5 inches and my mil could not do her exercise. This was in month of June. Repeated calls went unanswered. False promises given when called from different mob #'s. Filed a FIR at R.T.Nagar Police Station on 25th Aug 10. The couple came over and gave a hand written letter to replace the same within 2 weeks. No action. Took a Police man to the showroom during the second week of Oct 10, Mrs Veena Sinha gave another hand written commitment that the job will be done by 25th Oct 10. No action still.
