Hi,

I bought 2 wardrobes from Sai Furnitures, Dwarka in September 2010. While carrying it to my house they broke the channel of the shoe rack attached with one of the wardrobes and also the ply of the wardrobe ,when I asked them to repair it they added one plank of ply over the broken area and requested me to understand as otherwise it'll cost them a lot. I adjusted however the show rack is still in the same condition and time and again I request them but they keep on delaying it.
The second wardrobe was suppose to have 2 locks on each of the drawer which are missing and again it has been over 5 months and they've still not got it repaired.
