I recently purchased coasters from SILK ROAD. The shop had packaged and bubble wrapped them, so I could not open them upon purchase. I gifted these coasters and when the recipient opened them they were BROKEN. When we took them to the store they refused to replace the broken product, called us LIARS, claimed that they had been opened and then dropped(even though we took the original wrapping with us) and said that we should not shop there if we are SO POOR that we wanted to exchange the coasters just because they were broken.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not respect their customers, they provide zero after sale service, their stuff is over-priced and they are proud to sell damaged goods.
