I plead for help from the consumer court, these kind of companies trouble the genuine customers
I have lost 15 working days n money due to this unprofessional behaviour.
Who is responsible for all this LOSS?? Mr Rajesh Ahuja should be taught how to deal with customers who are actually making his business successful. He should reemburse me for all the loss of time and money. I am making a stop payment on the PDC issued against intallation for dis-satisfaction and incomplete work.

We were given a rosy picture and all the money was taken in advance in the name of company policy.....including installation. We spoke to the MD Mr. Rajesh Ahuja , he was very rude and did not do anything to help us.All the employees talk behind each other, there is no synchronisation in teams. Designer Ms.Deepti cheated us by incorporating acrylic instead of glass, changed the drawer from nova soft to trally without even consulting us..... The site supervisor Mr Sajid told us that the old carcasses are not useable and the designer should have highlighted this during the meeting.Delivery date was 25th October....i am still struggling as everytime new material is ordered and some material is missing or damaged and the site supervisor Mr.Sajid says , "Meri galti nahin hai madam"
