I bought a sofa set from Jail Road in Tilak Nagar and its only been less than a year since it is being used, and the state of the sofa is terrible.

The cushions of the sofa are coming out of of place and look deformed from the actual sofa itself, some of the pins and fixing tools are coming out of the sofa, which makes it unsafe for the children to sit on one of the sofa sets.

When the sofa set was bought the shop owner said that it would be cleaned professionally at least once, and even that has not happened, I paid Rs11,000 for a 7 seater sofa set and it has not even lasted 11 months.

I understand your information and do you have warranty for that sofa because it is in under one year only right you may give it into shop thy will repaired it and they will give its all for your safeness and cost too..
