My self Rajnikant kashyap,
I hed purches a sofa set from HOME SOLUTION RETAIL INDIA LTD. ( HOME TOWN Great India Place Noida) They supplay me Demage sofa set ( I have the all document to prove supply of damage sofa), two sofa chair replaced at the time of delivery time becouse they have visualy difuct but three siter sofa looking good so I dont have intrest to change three siter sofa at the time of dilevery but after 5 months its structure damage which is not repaireble. So i requesting to replaced the sofa ( three siter). But they have no intrest to change it and make pressure me to repair it.
What i do now.

I think they should replace your sofa as this seems their mistake of the use of worst material in the sofa set. You should follow up them for this replacement.
If they refuse your complain then I think you should get the help of consumer court.
