Sofa under warranty

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Sofa cum bed in year 2009 with warranty of 5 years but with in few month its broke down I had called at-list 8 times and visited his shop but they promise to send some to to look but no one comes to see I am really fed-up with this guys.
Could you please help me out and solve this issue I am really obliged to you.
