I have booked two sofas with advanced paid Rs.5000/- each on 02-10-10 at a fair @ HITEX. I was shown a sample of clothes and leather. I was told the teak wood will used in the sofa. Sample clothe was selected for two sofas. I was assured the sofa will be delivered before dussera.Till now we have not received any information from them. We keep on calling them they do not lift the call. Now they call us and say we do not have the cloth you have selected. Again they agreed to give us the selected cloth. But in vain. The same is repeated all the time. Kindly suggest.
