Re: Complaint against furniture purchased from you.
Ref: Order No. 356 dt. 12/11/2009 & your invoice No.411 dt. 09/12/2009.

This is to inform you that in the above referred matter I have been complaining several times over telephone since more than last three months at the above mentioned show room but so far nothing is done to resolve my complaint. Every time the lady named “Pinky” picked up the phone and gave vague answers that the material required to repair my furniture being imported from China is at present out of stock so my furniture could not be repaired. When I asked her to connect me to the customer care officer she all the time told that he is not in the office and that when he came she will ask him to talk to me in the matter. But not on a single occasion any responsible person fof your office talked to me in the matter. To-day also when I called some Ms. Arpita picked up the phone and informed me that there is no one in the office to attend to my complaint and that as soon as some one came she would make him or her talk to me and resolve my complaint. This is the height of irresponsible behavior and stupidity in the matter. I am giving below the details of damage of the furniture I have been complaining since last three months.

1.Center Table with glass top – one of the leg pasted to the glass top has been detached
from the glass top.
2.The shutter of the drawer of the double bed has been dismantled form the bed.
3.Stitches at the bottom of the sofa have opened
