Do not buy any product from Unique collections - bangalore.

this is a complaint against unique collections hennur bangalore. They put up stalls in furniture exibitions in bangalore & mumbai. I bought a soft cum bed about 5 months back. The sofa cover tore within a month of use & despite several complaints, they did not bother to come & replace it.

Finally after 20 - 30 calls they came & took the cloth & returned it again after several reminders. But the cover was not stitched properly. later they started demanding money to replace the cloth. Then they took the sofa itself to stitch the cloth.

Now they are not bothering to answer my calls or return the Sofa.
