1 Certain items of Furniture were bought from USHA SHRIRAM ENTERPRISES PVT LTD from
Company’s Show Room located at MG Road, Sultanpur New Delhi on September 12, 2010. The total
value of These items was approx Rs 1,25000/-( one lac twenty thousand). This amount was paid to the
Company’s rep at the time of delivery of Consignment at my Residence at Gurgaon The rep was in a
great hurry as his Team had another job to attend at Noida. Despite my request to check all the items
he left with the plea that all items were provided with one year guarantee against any defects. 2-3 days
later when defects were noticed same was intimated to the Manager at the Showroom. These defects
were also seen by the company`s rep at site. Despite repeated calls no action was taken either by the
manager of the showroom or their bosses at the corporate office at Naraina, New Delhi. Since no
concrete action had been taken, I visited the showroom around October 12, 20 10 and was promised
that this items would be replaced and for one item refund would be made by November 12, 2010.

2 The Company`s showroom is now refusing to honor their commitment. Their attitude so far has been indifferent and disgusting to say the least. Since the complete amount has been paid I am at the mercy of the Company for doing the needful. Can you suggest action that can be initiated by me?
