Vinayak Furniture Sector- 10, Noida owner Mrs. Sheetu Srivastava cheat me by giving the bed less than the actual measurement.

We were promised to get the bed with the standard size of 6" by 6", but the bed length was less by 1" due to which we are not getting matresses. On the hand one side wood was having crack which was making sound when we were sitting on it.

When we discussed to the shop they started abusing us and told that they will not do it as they have delivered the bed.

Kindly help.

Advance of Rs. 5000/- paid for the said delivery of one center table and 4 chairs and 4 computer tables to be done on the 2nd, the person is not taking my calls and has kept me waiting for 3 days for the delivery and not sent the furniture.
The total was 14, 500 rupees.

THEY HAVE BEEN DELAYING AND LYING ABOUT THE DELIVERY

The furniture store has made me lose out on time as well as money as it was for my newly established office.
