I got the wood work done in my flat in Noida on contract. Contractor's name. After only a few days around 20-25 days, the wood of doors and windows start getting spoiled - the wood is all swolen from many places. I have been calling him since last approx. 3 months. He is not attending to complaint. He sometimes disconnect the call, sometimes takes it and says he may look into it some time later as he doesnt have time. It is my hard earned money. it is sheer harrassment. can somebody help me? can i file a case in consumer court and resolve this issue through court?
