On 05 Jun-10 I have ordered for a Cupboard from Ratna Stores,in return which was delivered by G.K.industires.Previsouly they have delivered two boxes of two different models.On a follow up ,after struggling for almost fifteen days they have delivered an entirely different model.When I compromised as both the peices are of the same cost and asked them to fix it they said that the screws were not delivered along with the piece.

Tried to contact the management,but no proper response.
