Additional charges have been levied in our current electricty bill just merely on the justification that your inspection team feel that our consumption or usage is low.Althoug only 3 member resides and not only this out of three 2 of us spend more then 14 hrs in office.we dont have ac...we resides in a janta flat and have only few appliances like 2 fans 4 power saving lights ad one tubelight 1 t.v i refrigrator and 1 washing machine......So i think you can surely imagine how much usage of our can be and not only this we have two flats and we use our groundfloor partially.........So i am not able to decide are not intelligent enough that they can take right decisions...Hope to hear a quick ressolution.....
