I faced a problem with the APSRTC booking agents in Bangalore. I used to travel almoast every week from bangalore to either nellore/ Atmakuru (Nellore Dist). When ever i go to book a ticket, the Booking agent will take an extrra amount of Rs 2 to 5. When ever i asked why you are taking he give a rude answer that we'll take, do what ever you want.

I already send mails to some of official of APSRTC, but nobody turned back since everybody will feel its a small amount, but for now its small as individual as whole how much he is earning think like 200 tickets booked for on average of Rs.3 he will earn 600/- more.

If we cancell the ticket on each cancellation he will deduct Rs 10/- and will return.

But i don't know what to do with these people. I don't know what APSRTC is doing. But they won't take any action against such people who are taking money from the people. But they will be in a ready state to increase the charges as soon as the petrol charges will hikes.
