Sir/Ma'am,

This is in reference to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, New Delhi, I am writing this comlaint in context of inconvinience that is being caused because of no electricity in my apartment. I have been calling to the BSES customer care for the same since yesterday morning and no action has been taken till now and there is no electricity in the apartment till now. It is a very irresponsible behaviour and negligience on the part of BSES for which we are paying the cost of inconvience. Since yesterday I have called BSES for atleast 10 times and they were only able to give me new complaint number starting from 676.....to....1109. They were just comforting us by giving us remainder number again and fraud promises of looking into the complaint made. I think they have forgotten their responsibiliies and duties towards consumer by sitting in the comfortable rooms of their offices. This type of behaviour is really frustrating and Untolerable. I HOPE SUITABLE ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN NOW...............
