This is to bring to your notice that there was a shor circuit at following address and a fir broke out for which fire brigade was called. later in the night temporary connections were given from the main cable. Now the meters are installed but no safety devices are used. Again meters are directly connected to the main cable by hanging wires. With the result there was another short circuit and fire was extinguished in time.

Are you waiting for a major disaster to happen before you want to wake up and install any safety devices.
The attitude of BSES seems to be worst than DESU.
