I would like to submit the following:/

1. I was out of station and in my absence your technician came and change the meter without my complaint. I never complaint for my meter and my meter was O.K.

2. This time I am surprised to the amount i.e. 3612.20 against my bill No. 1008293345 of 4th August 2009. For your information every month I am getting the bill to the extent of Rs. 1700 - 2000 Range. In my regular practice I used to be in office since morning till evening and whole day my house is locked. My k No. 33404002201 L and my address is RA 40 IIIrd Floor Inderpuri. New delhi. 12. Without my knowledge and my complaint you have changed the meter and after changing the meter the bill goes to approx. 3600/- though whole day we were in the office and we used the lights and fans only in the night. I would therefore request you to kindly check the meter and advise
