I am Navratan Thakur from Kolkata. I was working in ATW Nirman (P) Ltd. (EC-3, Sector-1, Saltlake, Kolkata-700064). I had worked with this organization on since 15.04.2008 to 30.04.2010.

I would like to say that the above organization is not ready to give my salary for the month of Feb'-10, Mar.-'10 & Apr'-10 when I have already left the ATW Nirman Pvt. Ltd. after givien 30 Day's notice as per company rules.Here I would like to inform you that the above organization is not deposited my PROVIDENT FUND also in PF account., even till date they have not given me any PF number.As PF amount I have lost Rs.516/- x 24 Month (Deducted from my salary) + Rs.516/- x 24 Month (Employer contribution).

I am very fraustreted so I need your help.

Dear sir,
I have already complaint in this website 2month ago.But still
not taken for action againts employers.Last month i have asked for our
previous company premier mills ltd at hosur unit.He is told to me
already send to my application salem office.Salem office also i have
asked,But she is told to me my application is not received from
previous company.He is cheeting for me sir.how many times i have
ask.Please sir i have give for company phone no.you ask to directly

december 22 resigned.But still my pf amount not sending.How many day
is required for one application.
PF Grievance also register.But no improvement sir.IF he is not sending
immedately i DIE.

Full & Final settlement pending - Reliance Communication

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the trailing mails, i seek your support in getting my Full & Final done which has been pending since long.

I would also like to bring to your notice that at the time of leaving the organisation i had 108 leaves in my account, but i got the amount for only 59 leaves. The amount given is as per the basic but at the time of joining it was told that leave encashment would be as per CTC.

Also, Rs 1500/- has been deducted towards mobile handset reimbursement even after completing 3yrs in the organisation. I have also been charged for ID Card which i submitted back to Mr. Kunal (HR).

There is almost one year passed but they are ignoring it. I, Request your kind support in getting my Full & Final done. I have also enclosed herewith a snapshot of my leaves.

Do you know why people are calling you TENDULKAR in T24? Do you know the meaning of it ?

TENDULKAR is good in cricket and is a FAILURE CAPTAIN.

The same way you are very good in T24 no doubt about it but is a FAILURE Leader.

You don't know how to run a software company..What facility you are giving to your employees? Do you think or tried to know whether your employees are happy with Lera Technology or not ? or what needs to make your employees happy?

Lera Technology is not able to keep tissue papers in the Wash Room, from this you can guess what is the standard of the company and how the company is growing..

You should treat your employees as your own children not as slaves.

Try to grow up Shanti, By the way what is your qualification? Think about that once.. you are eligible for a T24 consultant but not for CEO of Lera Technology.

Any ways you are the founder of Lera Technology.. you can do anything with this company...
