I wish to inform you that I was working in NABARD as an Assistant Manager from 28th february 2011 to 28th september 2011. I was discharged from the NABARD’S services on 28th september ,the information of which was sent to me by e-mail only. Since then I am waiting for the signed copy of my relieving certificate from NABARD . In this matter I had written to the HRM Deptt. Of the NABARD’S Meghalaya regional office on 10th november 2011, to h.r.m.d. deptt. of head office on 7th november 2011 & to the chairman of nabard on 5th december & requested them to send my relieving certificate as soon as possible but I haven’t got any such certificate till date,more irony is that I had requested the concerned officers to acknowledge the receipt of my e-mail but that was not entertained. It is serious injustice with me as I was discharged from NABARD’S services without a proper relieving certificate without which I can not do any other job. This condition has brought me on the stage of starvation and clearly violating my fundamental right to life provided by the constitution of India under Article 21.

i am raising this issue through this forum because i have to join another job before 31st december 2011 & without a signed hard copy of relieving certificate i will not be allowed to join.this is my last job opportunity in goverment sector as my age is now over for appearing in staff selection commission's exams.if it happens then i will not be able to earn my bread & butter which will lead me to starvation.
