We have applied for electricity conection at our residential premises B-3/2 Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

The request has been made for 4 seperate connections on Ground Floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. The request no.s being- R0106100001156, R0106100001160, R0106100001165 & R0106100001175.

Inspite of repeated visits, complaints and deposition of required documents (two differedt times) at your office and multiple visits by your officers, we have still not got the electricity connection.

Your people are harassing us on one pretext or the other and not even providing the contact no.s of higher authorities.

It seems your people are deliberately doing this for reasons best known to them.

Request you to help in this matter urgently as we re having to live without electricity is such severe heat.
