Hi,

I have registered for GAS connection on 1st May'11 (Registration form No. 751761, regd. mob. no.:9910590797, 9911555021 ) & paid through cheque. They were supposed to provide connection within a month.
Till date ( 4th Nov'11)I have not got any connection.


I have logged so many complaints with IGL call center,and i have list of reffrence no., Everytime they are saying that in next month you will get connection. But till now there is no progress.
Please help in this regard.

Its not fare, if a consumer gets delayed in paying any bills he/she is charged with a penelty. So there should be a penelty against IGL for delaying there services, after all they have already collected the installation charges.
