I have apply for new connection with request no.R0807100000826 on 8-07-2010 in name of Ajit Singh Tanwar. Site visit was done on 12.07.2010. After that i personally visit bses office at adchini village. I meet sh.Harishanker at room no.101 counter no.4 on 16.07.2010 for demand note to deposit required amount. Sh. Harishanker asked me to show RCCB installed bill along with last bill paid of BSES. I show him both in original. Then he asked to come on 19.07.2010.I again visit on 19.07.2010. Sh. Harishanker again asked me to come on next day. I again visit your office next day. I visit your office 19.07.10,20.07.10, 21.07.10, 22.07.10, 23.07.10 and 26.07.10 also. Sh. Harishanker call me than send me to my home without attanded. His behaviour was also unbearable. Sh. Harishanker knows the best reson for that. Please installed my new connection as earliest possible and take nessasary action against above said person.

Complaint regarding new BSES connection

I have apply for new connection with request no.R2608100000746 in name of Dinesh Kumar . Site visit was done on 12.09.2010 and still I am waiting for Demand note for the same I already called many times in customrer care but there is no action on my request. I have applied for connecton in August 2010
