Default Delay in revalidation of pension cheque
DEAR SIR/MADAM,
Reg:- ANNUITY NO 105114 A/C MANMOHAN SINGH WALIA
I am retired officer of oriental insurance co ltd. my pension cheques of april and may 2009 after revalidation in jan 2010 were not encashed due to reason that bank account of LIC was blocked. i was on foriegn trip, on my return i sent back pension cheque of Rs 17526/- dt 18.01.2010 to LIC on 13.07.2010 again for revalidation by DTDC courier. I started follow up after 10 days with annuity deptt LIC DO I new delhi . till date i have not received the revalidated cheque from annuity deptt new delhi despite my 10/12 telephonic reminders.needless to say annuity deptt's telephone rarely respond is over busy in routine.
i request yourself to take up with annuity deptt new delhi so that my pension cheque is released at the earliest.
