In Aya nagar , phase - 6 There is no power supply. last 4 days. Please help us. many people are suffering in our area small childern as well as many family.

Hello sir,
I live at Periyar nagar in Nesapakkam. Last saturday the EB people stopped the electricity supply in the name of maintainence at 10 am on 19-june-2010 and they gave back the electricity power at 5 pm. Since that there is poor electricity supply over here for past 4 days. There was a problem in the electricity cable wire and the EB employees did something and repaired it, since that there is electricity fluctuation. we are unable to use heavy electronic things such as air conditioner,refrigirator. Even the fan and light are not working properly. We lost the compressor in the refrigirator. We phoned the electricity board and they told that it will be repaired the next day but no improvement yet. We are suffering a lot beacause of this. We are unable to sleep well because of this.
Monthly once they stop the electricity supply for over 7 hrs in the name of maintenance but they are not maintaining anything. The electric cable are badly damaged. We are complaining it here in a hope that you will take an action against this.

For last one week , there is heavy and continous ,irregular [ie within 2-3 minutes] electricity fluctuation in sector-56.which normally starts around 10.30 pm . It is resulting in break down of electric appliances llike tubelights. fridge, AC, cooler,fans etc.
Who will compensate?
