I am a Sr citizen residing at C-1/400 ,sector G Jankipuram Lucknow . On 19-05-2010 the metre reader told my wife that my meter has gone defective .In april proper bill was given & I submitted the same in time . I met sdo . he ordered for replacement ,but meter was not changed . I met JE , the meter was changed with lot of harrasment .Now bill is not given .My bill has not been paid since May 2010. Every body is demanding money for giving bill . I want to know whether there is any provisin to file this case in consumer court.
