REF: -- CON NO, 000030141598 METER NO. 7603458112.

We regret to state that you have not taken any action to rectify excess bills being issued by you since last 3 months. You have not attended any our complaints given in writing to you on dt.06-07-2010, 02-06-2010 & 03-09-2009.
You are again requested to stop excess billing and rectify the bill as per consumption of 400 units per Month from March 2010 onwards.
You are once again called upon to immediately replace faulty fast running meter and rectify last several bills with 400 units consumption for each month as against 1000 units charged to us.
